One of my absolute favorite releases of 2024 or any year. An Aboriginal Australian artist from the Papunya community, Nelson writes dreamy, open-hearted tributes to home & family backed up by the DIY Casio beats of the amazing Yuta Matsumura. Somehow this puts me in mind of Graceland—synthesized anthems & wide open skies, each track somehow better than the last. Highest rec.
