Back to where it all started, & the pieces were in place from the jump: NyQuil-ized beats and that unmistakable bass looming just above the waterline. Compared to later trips, this has a bit of a melted R&B tinge, blurred voices seeping into vintage synths and chattering drums machines. Sick as it ever was.
