The B-side from one of my all-time favorite 7”s, “Home Before Dark” by Nora Guthrie—as featured on my favorite compilation, Sky Girl—is covered by both of my favorite contemporary Japanese artists. Eddie Marcon lends a lovely, understated take on the A side. Just perfect. The flute & cello duo Torso provides an ephemeral deconstruction on the flip. You really can’t have too much of a good thing.
