I'll admit, I briefly wondered if a live album by a brand new band, capturing the release show for a month-old debut, might not be overkill. Then I heard the tape. With an A-side covering the release show and a B-side capturing a live rehearsal, this is a perfect extension of the album's dream, the recognizable shapes of its tracks melting and flowing into one another to expand that oceanic feeling. Keep the tape rolling; I won't doubt again. Officially a Jemima completist.
