One of the great outsider records, the only album by the self-described "joker, transvestite, inventor, psychonaut, actor, catalyst, community worker, musician, traveller, [and] instrument maker." Produced by Wire's Bruce Gilbert and Graham Lewis and originally released on their Dome Records label.
