Galvanizing free jazz recorded live at an outdoor concert in the piano/vibe player’s home state of Connecticut back in ‘69. The group had ties to the New York loft jazz scene, and this DIY private press release gained a cult following over the years as an exemplary artifact of it. It’s as raw and real as you’d expect, but also check the GROOVE on A2, like a gritty take on electric Miles. Great reissue.
