One of the absolute best LPs made during my lifetime. 

As Basic Channel, Mark Ernestus and Moritz von Oswald borrowed mixing techniques from dub reggae to pioneer “dub techno.” As Rhythm & Sound, they attenuate the techno fader and let the dub shine through, crafting subtle electronic riddims that pulse and churn behind eight absolutely knockout vocal performances by “the Artists.” The songwriting & arranging are enough to put this in a class of its own, but I can’t get over the weight of these productions, their spherical depth and volume. And the SEQUENCING!

Just incredible in every way, 100% 🔥.
