Charming new one on Gothenburg’s Discreet Music. As label co-head Matthias Andersson describes it: “Swedish 70's chart music falling down the progg staircase, absolutely not landing on both feet but somehow still up and running with a stupid grin. Possibly the most catchy record yet on DM.” I’d agree: chipped-tooth folk and a little doo-wop boogie, something different from these guys (though Gustaf Dicksson’s touch is unmistakable).
