Ridiculously fun digi-dub excursions from London’s Tapes, a perfect match for the 8-bit dub aesthetics of the Jahtari label. “Photos of My Frog” includes hilariously literal sound effects (shutter snap, croak) and somehow still completely slaps. “Cleat Skank” and “Back Cramp” include literal 8-bit versions that highlight the less-is-more compositional élan of this music.
