Lost Domain
UK, 2026
LP
One of TWO Thomas Bush releases in a single week. The other is a sprawling tape on Berlin’s Kashual Plastik (which is absolutely amazing). This outing for London’s Lost Domain is a bit more single-minded, the closest thing to a “tekno” album from the shapeshifting, bleary-eyed flaneur of the wee hours of a waning empire’s capital. The thrumming rhythms at the album’s core find an extended moment of relief in the strung out, strung along guitar downerism of “Galver.” Always the same, always different, as John Peel famously described The Fall—and like theirs, Bush’s work is always worth it.
Collectors note: Last copy, minor lower-left corner ding.
